General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

of the campsite Gebetsroither Resort d.o.o.,
Mletačka 12, 52200 Pula,
CAMPING RESORT ŠIBENIK, Jadrija V 90, 22000 Šibenik, Croatia


1. Definitions

“Campsite”, “we”, “us”
Refers to Gebetsroither Resort d.o.o., Mletačka 12, 52200 Pula, CAMPING RESORT ŠIBENIK, Jadrija V 90, 22000 Šibenik, Croatia.

“Guest”, “you”, “your”
Refers to the person making the reservation as well as all persons included in that reservation.

“Reservation”
The booking of accommodation and/or other services at the campsite.

“Contract”
The contract between you and the campsite, consisting of these General Terms and Conditions and your reservation confirmation.


2. Reservation and Payment

Reservation process:
Reservations are made by completing our online form, by email, or via third-party platforms. By submitting a reservation, you confirm that you accept these General Terms and Conditions.

Confirmation:
A reservation becomes binding only after we have received the required deposit or the full amount (as specified during the booking process) and have issued a written confirmation.

Payment terms:

  • A non-refundable deposit of [e.g. 30% of the total price] is required to confirm your reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than [e.g. 30 days] before the arrival date.
  • For reservations made within [e.g. 30 days] prior to arrival, the full amount is due immediately.

Methods of payment:
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and/or other specified payment methods. All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.


3. Prices

The price stated in your reservation confirmation is binding. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Prices may change due to adjustments in VAT or other government taxes or charges.


4. Cancellation and Changes by the Guest

Cancellation:
Any cancellation must be communicated to us in writing (email is sufficient).

  • If you cancel [e.g. 30 days] or more before arrival: loss of the deposit.
  • If you cancel less than [e.g. 30 days] before arrival: 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

No-show:
If you do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date, this will be considered a late cancellation and the full amount will be charged.

Changes:
We will endeavor to accommodate changes to your reservation (e.g. travel dates), subject to availability. An administrative fee may apply.


5. Cancellation and Changes by the Campsite

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. force majeure, natural disasters, damage to the facilities).

In such cases, we will offer a full refund of all payments made or, where possible, comparable alternative accommodation.
We are not liable for any additional costs or damages incurred as a result of such cancellation.


6. Arrival and Departure

Check-in: From 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please inform us of your expected arrival time.
Check-out: By 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.


7. Guest Obligations and Campsite Rules

Quiet hours: Please observe quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Visitors: All visitors must register at reception. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted.

Damage to property: You are liable for any damage to campsite property caused by you or members of your group. Repair or replacement costs will be charged.

Conduct: We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if your behavior is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or disruptive to other guests or staff.

Safety: Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible at all times for the supervision and safety of their children.

Pets: Pets are permitted, must be declared at the time of booking, and are subject to additional conditions and fees.


8. Liability

The campsite is not liable for the loss of or damage to your personal belongings, vehicles, or equipment on the campsite premises. Secure storage may be available at your own risk.

Our liability for personal injury or death is not excluded or limited unless such damage results from your own negligence or the negligence of a member of your group.


9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for the failure to perform our obligations if such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. war, threat of war, riots, civil unrest, industrial disputes, terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, pandemics).


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The courts of the Republic of Croatia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
